Principal Engineering Program Manager

Qualtrics is seeking a Principal Engineering Program Manager to drive strategic IT planning and execution. This role involves building the PMO framework, creating and managing IT governance, facilitating resource planning, and ensuring the alignment of technology investments with business goals. The PMO supports high-performing teams and drives impactful results for leading clients globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on planning, resource management, and governance.
• Strong understanding of IT operations.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency with Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow PPM, Planview).
• Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or similar) is highly desirable.
