Principal Inbound Product Manager - Performance Telemetry

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Inbound Product Manager for the Performance Telemetry team, responsible for collecting, processing, and displaying performance data at scale. This role involves strategic vision, roadmap development, product planning, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The team contributes to the Now Platform and works in a distributed, flexible work environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading and delivering data-intensive applications
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience
• Expertise in performance domain balancing data collection, transport, storage, and query
• Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring/observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace)
• Working knowledge of Open Telemetry Protocols
