Principal Infrastructure and Platform Engineer

Nomura is seeking a Principal Infrastructure and Platform Engineer to improve user experience, create and maintain strong relationships with technology teams globally, and drive better adoption of ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of architect experience in a financial institution or IT firm, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and knowledge of ServiceNow product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of architect's experience in a financial institution or IT firm
• Must be a polished and disciplined communicator (both written and oral), with confidence necessary to lead recurring meetings with business team and technical team.
• Passionate in providing high quality customer service and learning new technologies
• Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have excellent relationship management skills
• Must have the ability to multitask with task and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
