Principal Infrastructure Architect | Enterprise & Mission Critical Systems

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure ecosystems. The role focuses on alignment with enterprise goals, modern engineering practices, and ensuring zero-trust, resilience, and high availability. The architect will act as a strategic partner to application teams, enabling seamless integration of full-stack solutions across hybrid environments.

Requirements

• 15+ years in infrastructure architecture, systems engineering, or related domains
• Proven track record designing infrastructure deployments supporting mission-critical self-healing enterprise systems
• Expertise with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of AI services from leading hyperscalers
• Solid grasp of secure AI infrastructure principles and integration with ML and AIOps
• Strong knowledge of storage, compute, database management, container orchestration, and networking
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
