Requirements
- Extensive demonstrated ability in telecommunications network operations with deep expertise in change management.
- Proven leadership in managing large technical teams within complex environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of network technologies (mobile, fixed, IP, transmission) and ITIL-based change management frameworks.
- Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and analytics platforms, supported by ITIL Practitioner or Expert certification.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with tertiary qualifications in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
