Principal Platform Architect - Federal

We are seeking a Principal Platform Architect to join our Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an enterprise architect with a successful track record in management consulting, focused on technology strategy, governance, data and solution design. They will have demonstrated the ability to become a trusted advisor to senior executives and facilitate customer success from strategic or annual planning functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior technical or architect role
• Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, etc.)
• Expertise in designing and integrating complex workflows and systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
• Deep understanding of scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Experience with platform governance, performance tuning, and security
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
