Principal Platform Architect - Federal

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect to lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring customers leverage the platform and achieve long-term value. This role involves technical advisory and consultation, guiding customers through ServiceNow's platform and optimizing their digital transformation strategy through expert guidance and governance. The architect works with internal and external teams to scale and improve the platform.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• 12+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization.
• Management consulting experience (Big 4, Strategy Firm, or OEM software/Cloud company).
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting leadership at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow certifications.
• Federal experience with TS/SCI clearance preferred.
