ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect to join the Customer Excellence Group (CEG). This advisory role will be focused on establishing and maintaining a strong technical foundation for customer ServiceNow platform adoption, leading best practices, driving standardization, and mentoring both customer and partner resources. The ideal candidate will have significant experience as an enterprise or platform architect, and a strong track record in technology strategy, data and solution design.
