Principal Platform Architect- Banking

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect to lead customers through their digital transformation journey. This technical advisory role focuses on providing architectural guidance and best practices, ensuring customers achieve long-term value from the ServiceNow platform. The architect will collaborate with various teams to bridge sales with solutions, technical governance, and ensure scalability and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization (or equivalent education/experience).
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience.
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency in Toronto, Canada.
• Management consulting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong skills in programming/problem solving
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
