Principal Platform Architect (ServiceNow)

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect to establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. This is a highly consultative role that guides partner and customer resources, establishing and supporting best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise architecture and management consulting.

Requirements

• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting leadership at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology
• 10+ years large program experience leading architecture and design
• Experience working with functional business leaders
• Experience working with functional business leaders
• Enterprise Architecture experience
• Cloud application technology experience
• Familiarity with enterprise workflow platform
