Principal Presales Enterprise Architect (Telco)

ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join their pre-sales organization. The successful candidate will create and communicate high-level architectures and strategies to customers and partners, and lead the delivery of workshops and educational sessions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in the telecommunications industry
• Strong knowledge of Telco business models, operations, and architecture frameworks
• Proven ability to influence Telco executives and technical stakeholders
• Deep understanding of cloud-based platforms, SaaS architectures, and emerging technologies
• Hands-on experience mapping Telco use cases to platform capabilities
• Experience with enterprise integration, data modeling, APIs, and microservices
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms preferred
