• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 15+ years of relevant design experience.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating formative contributions to design language, strategy, processes, and standards.
• Strategic advocate for design and for users at the cross-functional senior leadership and executive level.
