Principal Product Designer, Industries

As a Principal Product Designer at ServiceNow, you will lead large, cross-product, strategic initiatives and drive product experiences that exemplify beautiful design, catalyze user and enterprise productivity, create extensible systems and frameworks, and inspire customers. You will partner with key banking and insurance customers to deliver “what’s next” in banking and insurance, and provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)

Benefits

• Base pay of $195,700 - $342,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
