ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Product Success Manager to lead the strategic adoption of their AI-enhanced cloud-based platform. This role focuses on key accounts, innovation, escalation, and new product advocacy, working with customers to drive value realization and ensure successful renewals. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong understanding of customer interactions and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes and delivering ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
  • 12+ years of work experience with a minimum of 7 years in a technical or techno-functional customer-facing role.
  • Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are desired.
  • Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and ability to roll up sleeves.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
