Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and delivering ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
- 12+ years of work experience with a minimum of 7 years in a technical or techno-functional customer-facing role.
- Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are desired.
- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and ability to roll up sleeves.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
