Principal/Senior Manager Enterprise Transformation

This role can be based in Waltham, MA or Brooklyn, NY offices, with a mix of office and remote work within National Grid’s service territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum), and graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in technology program implementation, technology portfolio management, change management, and/or technology strategy consulting
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and data concepts, frameworks, and tools
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data, assess complex issues, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and storytelling / communication skills with stakeholders at all levels including C-level leadership
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams & diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Track record delivering large technology programs or portfolios on time and within budget is preferred
• Deep experience with budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting is preferred
• Experience with portfolio management tooling (e.g. ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management) is a plus
• Experience with design thinking / workshop facilitation is a plus
• PMP and other relevant certifications are a plus
• MBA is a plus
