Principal, Senior Solution Architect - ServiceNow and Sr. Mobility

DMI is seeking a Principal, Senior Solution Architect – IT Infrastructure Services to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud, IT infrastructure, and IT service management technologies, as well as experience in ServiceNow and mobility management solutions.

Requirements

• Strong expertise and experience in cloud (at least in one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and IT infrastructure technologies (storage, networking, etc.)
• Strong expertise and experience in IT service management best practices and standards (ITIL, CMMI Service, ISO 20K, etc.)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow or other ITSM platform solutions. Experienced with ServiceNow products, particularly the ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Expertise in mobility management solutions: unified endpoint management, mobile threat management, device lifecycle management, telecom expense management, IoT management and event analytics, or mobile app development.
• Experience with modern zero trust remote access technologies: Zero Trust Network Access, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Enterprise Browser solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of latest market trends in cloud, security, AI/ML, and advanced networking solutions.
