Requirements
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, SPM/PPM.
- Create and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and implement fixes for existing applications.
- Lead ServiceNow upgrade and migration projects.

Requirements Summary
