Lumen is seeking a Principal Software Development Engineer to design, implement, and architect highly complex ServiceNow solutions. This role involves bridging business requirements with technical designs, leading development efforts, and collaborating with multiple teams. They focus on both inbound and outbound integrations and BI systems within ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, integrations and custom API development
- Expertise in REST, pub/sub/queueing systems, OAuth, and other web technologies
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow's scoped applications
- Experience with MID Server setup and configuration
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow’s data models and CMDB
- Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
