DTCC is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the strategy and design of ServiceNow ITOM, focusing on discovery data integration into the CMDB. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecting and implementing ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, with a proven track record of maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow discovery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow ITOM capabilities at multiple organizations
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- ITIL certified (Foundation v3 or v4)
- ServiceNow Discovery certification
