Requirements
- Lead and mentor IT professionals.
- Oversee IT operations, service desk, incident response, and infrastructure support.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Manage and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain security compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders.

Requirements Summary
