Freshworks is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to partner with enterprise customers, offering impactful solutions using their AI-first Employee Experience platform. The role involves workshop facilitation, roadmap shaping, technical demonstrations, and collaboration with various internal teams. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences and building scalable, secure solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, preferably in SaaS and enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains (ServiceNow, Halo, Jira, etc.).
  • Comfortable operating independently in complex enterprise scenarios.
  • Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and infrastructure components.
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring peers.
  • Adept at aligning customer needs with Freshworks’ platform capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
