Principal Solutions Engineer

Freshworks is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to partner with enterprise customers to understand their strategic challenges and recommend impactful solutions using their AI-first Employee Experience software. This role involves leading discovery workshops, crafting compelling demos, and translating complex customer needs into architectural designs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a confident communicator, and passionate about solving business problems with technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, preferably in SaaS and enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains, familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Halo, Jira.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and infrastructure components.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including experience with C-level stakeholders.
