Principal Solutions Engineer

Freshworks is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to partner with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and recommend impactful solutions using their AI-first Employee Experience software. The role involves leading discovery workshops, tailoring demos, and collaborating with various teams to shape scalable and secure solutions. This is an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing team and impact a large customer base across North America.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering
• Established playbook on using AI to present better, operationalize projects faster
• Understanding of LLM's and ability to guide customers and teams
• Knowledge of ITSM/ESM domains
• Comfortable operating independently in complex enterprise scenarios
• Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and infrastructure components
