Principal Solutions Engineer

Freshworks is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to partner with enterprise customers, understand their challenges, and recommend impactful solutions utilizing their employee experience software platform. The role involves lead discovery, deliver demos, and champion technical excellence. This position is critical to helping customers optimize their operations and drive significant impact in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, preferably in SaaS and enterprise software
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
