ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for CRM & Industry Workflows to guide clients through the implementation of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) and Sales Order Management (SOM). The role focuses on delivering best-practice solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer needs. The consultant will leverage field service management and customer service workflow expertise to address complex challenges and advocate for customer needs within ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes
  • 8+ years of consulting experience, 2+ years focused on enterprise architecture and technical roadmaps
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific workflows
  • Proficiency in web technologies, SaaS technologies and certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Technical Architect)
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
