The role focuses on architecting and advising customers on ServiceNow platform functionality, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer success. This position involves collaborating with customer-facing teams, designing technical solutions, and contributing to the development of leading ServiceNow practices.
Requirements
- Collaborate with customers in their ServiceNow investment
- Act as the primary technical liaison for projects
- Lead customer workshops on architecture (Cloud and On-Prem)
- Define and architect technical solutions using best practices
- Design creative implementation solutions using technical best practices
