ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to work with customers, driving consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on integrating ServiceNow with third-party software and providing expert guidance to accelerate business outcomes. The consultant will be involved in designing and implementing integration architectures, problem-solving complex system integrations, and acting as a technical lead for customer engagements.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance
- At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable, integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult
- Maintain ServiceNow Mainline CIS certifications
- Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating complex high level architecture diagrams
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (REST/SOAP, middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
- Experience with development on the ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Experience with data management, database design, and database concepts
- Strong Javascript skills
- Knowledge and experience with MID Servers, Notify, Orchestration
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach
