This role focuses on driving customer success through prescriptive guidance, leveraging AI tools, and architecting integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in integration technologies, coding skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance
- At least 8 years of configuration/development experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult
- Maintaining ServiceNow mainstream CIS certifications
- Act as a technical lead
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating complex high level architecture diagrams
- Extensive experience with integration technologies
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
