Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI), Federal- Top Secret Clearance

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI) to focus on customer engagement and driving product adoption. This role involves leveraging AI to improve workflows, data analysis, and problem-solving within the ServiceNow platform, including design and implementation of integrations. The consultant will work closely with customers to enhance their ServiceNow experience and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance (at least 8 years)
• Minimum 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable integration technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex environment
• Maintain ServiceNow Mainline CIS certifications
• Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Act as a technical lead on any engagement
