Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI), Platform Products Expert Implementation Services (Federal)

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations Specialist) to drive customer engagement and business outcomes. The role involves integrating ServiceNow with third-party software platforms and AI technologies, designing and implementing integrations, and providing technical expertise on complex systems. This role is focused on accelerating business outcomes by leveraging AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance Required
• At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable, integration technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult
• Maintain ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
• Experience with architecting systems integrations
• Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (Web Services, middleware, LDAP, etc.)
• Understanding of AI Models and Deep Learning Models
• Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent is highly valued
• Experience with development on the ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Strong Javascript skills
• Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to operate within a culturally diverse environment
• Proven team building and mentoring abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
