Privacy & AI Compliance Manager

Trustpilot is seeking a Privacy & AI Compliance Manager to lead a team and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and other emerging AI laws. This role is crucial for safeguarding personal data, building trust with customers, partners, and employees, and embedding privacy & AI best practice across the organization. The team will oversee regulatory obligations, provide strategic advice, and manage data-related risks. It’s a fast-paced, global role requiring a proactive, hands-on approach.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership with strong experience in managing and developing privacy teams
• Deep expertise in privacy and data protection, including DPIAs, ROPAs, retention processes, and privacy notices
• Knowledge of global privacy laws and ability to apply them pragmatically in a business context
• AI-first digital native, experienced in leveraging AI and other forms of automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High ethical standards and a passion for responsible use of data and AI
