Join us as a SIAM Consultant and drive complex service-integration projects for top clients. As a SIAM consultant, you play a key role in achieving success for our clients by advising them on strategic and tactical levels when designing and improving ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and/or maintaining ServiceNow or other Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technology platforms.
- Experience with designing solution architectures for one or more of the following ServiceNow applications: ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, SecOps, or GRC).
- Member (HR Service Delivery) or Customer (Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Field Service Management (FSM)).
- ServiceNow (CIS-, Suite-, or Micro-), ITIL-, IT4IT-, or SIAM certifications.
- Experience with Multi Service Provider (MSP) solutions based on ServiceNow.
- Experience with platform implementations, migrations, and/or upgrade projects.
- Experience with SAFe and Agile/Scrum.
