Process Design & Data Analytics Lead Specialist

Join our IT Process & Program Management Department as a Process Design & Data Analytics Lead Specialist, responsible for process mapping, KPIs, reporting, data analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years experience in Process Management, Data Analysis (or data science), and/or Functional Analysis
• Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of Process Management and/or Analysis methodologies
• Strong statistics, analytical, and logical skills.
• Knowledge of KPI and report management.
• Precision, curiosity, and teamwork orientation.
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• Previous relevant experience in Project Management or Data Analysis roles.
• Knowledge of common ICT governance frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.
• Basic knowledge of methodologies such as UML, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma or Use Case Management and any relevant certification adherent to the cited methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools like PowerBI, Qlik and data analysis language like R or Python.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow
