Process Manager

As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for designing and owning the Release and Deployment Process Service.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in IT Release and Deployment Management
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL 4, especially Release Management, Deployment Management, and Change Enablement
• Hands-on experience with server patching practices, tools, and schedules in enterprise environments
• Lean 6 sigma knowledge
• 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Release Management, Change, and related modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of process design principles
• Ability to assess risk and impact across complex IT landscapes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with experience facilitating cross-functional discussions
• Ability to document policies, processes, and procedures clearly and effectively
• Cross-process knowledge to related processes CHM, SACM, RFF
• Motivation to create new team
• Teamwork
• Fluent English knowledge
• German is an advantage
