The ILC role is for a modern Incident Coordinator, focusing on a proactive and resolutive approach to incidents. The position requires expertise in Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management, along with excellent communication and technical skills. It involves managing changes, providing support to ITDCs, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in a relevant field.
  • More than 3 years of experience as Incident Manager, Change Manager and/or IT-related position.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, Google Suite, and ITIL.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, computer hardware, and software.
  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 3+ years of experience in Incident Management or IT-related roles. Proficiency in ITIL and ServiceNow is essential
