SQLI, a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, is seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst specializing in retail digital systems to join the "Client & Market" team. The role involves translating business needs into functional requirements, aligning technology with expectations, and leading retail system rollouts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product owners, subject matter experts, and program managers, is key. This is a fully remote position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Solid experience with SAP Retail, especially in SAP & POS interface integration, SAP & POS interface integration, SAP SD order management, pricing, finance integration, SAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad, and GK POS expertise.
- Experience in inventory management tools such as Sovia
- Familiarity with infrastructure coordination and EFT terminal deployment
- Experience applying business analysis techniques, such as use case modeling, process flow diagrams, and user story definition.
- Understanding of cutover plans, hypercare methodology, and incident follow-up
- Strong skills in managing end-to-end project deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and processes to manage incidents, requests, and change tracking
- Fluency in English
