Product Analyst - Retail

We are seeking a Product Analyst - Retail to support the development, deployment, and optimization of retail digital solutions within an international setting. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The company is based at nearshore and operates remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience with SAP Retail (interfaces, SD order management, pricing, finance integration, UI5/Fiori).
• Experience with SAP SD order management, pricing, finance integration.
• SAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad (functional knowledge).
• SAP & POS interface integration.
• Strong expertise with GK POS: installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Experience with inventory management tools (e.g., Sovia) and EFT terminal deployment.
• Familiarity with cutover plans, hypercare methods, and incident resolution processes.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and change management.
• Strong communication, requirement gathering, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities, stress management, and proven ownership of project outcomes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
