We are seeking a Product Analyst - Retail to support the development, deployment, and optimization of retail digital solutions in an international environment. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are translated into technical solutions and that deployments are effectively executed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Solid experience with SAP Retail.
- SAP SD order management, pricing, finance integration.
- SAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad (functional knowledge).
- SAP & POS interface integration.
- Strong expertise with GK POS and EFT terminal deployment.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools (e.g., Sovia) and EFT terminal deployment.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and change management.
- Strong communication, requirement gathering, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, stress management, and proven ownership of project outcomes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
