The Product Expert Manager - BTS Global Consumer Care Solutions is a strategic position responsible for supporting the global Consumer Care Digital Platform's evolution and rollouts of technology capabilities. The role requires strong project management skills, experience in delivering digital technology projects, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline, and/or degree in Business Management
  • Fluent English (Written and spoken)
  • 7- 10 years' experience as product manager/business analyst/solution owner/project manager for IT or digital systems
  • Experience working in Agile environments delivering digital technology solutions
  • Understanding of consumer care, or customer care, or consumer experience digital cloud systems, possibly including knowledge of ServiceNow or other CRM/CX cloud solutions
