As a Product Management Lead, you will lead the integration of business processes and product management strategies across our global operations, focusing on the implementation and optimization of our Dynamics MS CRM solution. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, you will report to the MS-CRM Program Director and work closely with the MS-CRM Program Delivery Manager and Solution Architect.

Requirements

  • Experience in Problem Management or IT Support roles, with strong RCA skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL platforms like ServiceNow or similar problem and incident management tools
  • Good understanding of MS SQL and Grafana
  • Technical expertise – deep understanding of the product they handle as well as the processes behind it
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and prioritisation skills
  • Collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple problem records and follow-ups
