Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product management, or IT service strategy
- Demonstrated success managing workforce-centric technology or service portfolios
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), evergreen IT strategies, ITSM automation, AIOps, and analytics
- Exceptional client-facing communication, advisory, and workshop facilitation skills
