Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a Product Owner ERP Finance to lead the full lifecycle of the ERP application from a financial and functional perspective. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the application, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and developing a technical and product roadmap aligned with Finance and business needs.
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school or business school.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining a suite of applications supporting accounting processes and financial operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, and change management).
- Proven experience in managing application teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Delivery-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite for Finance.
- Solid financial expertise.
