The Digital and Industrial Systems (DSI) department of the RATP is looking for a Product Owner ServiceNow and Reference Frameworks, within the Fabrique Digitale unit. The job involves carrying the strategic vision of the evolution of ITSM & Reference Frameworks products, piloting the backlog and life cycle of products, and defining and animating service offers.
Requirements
- ITIL V4 Certification
- ServiceNow Certification (CSA, CSA, CTA or CIS)
- Experience as a Product Owner IT
- Skills in ITSM, HAM, FSM, CSM, Squash TM, TestLink, Jira, Enterprise reference frameworks, data modeling, public and hybrid cloud, Agile methods, Lean management, Project and planning management, Budget management
- Leadership, communication, collaboration, writing ability, analytical and synthesizing spirit, organization, rigour, autonomy, ability to work in transversality and federate a multidisciplinary team
