The Digital and Industrial Systems (DSI) department of RATP is seeking a Product Owner ServiceNow and Reference Data. The role involves carrying the strategic vision of ITSM & Reference Data product evolution, managing the backlog of its products, and defining and animating service offers.
Requirements
- ITIL V4 certification
- ServiceNow certification (CSA, CSA, CTA or CIS)
- Experience as a Product Owner IT
