Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- 10+ years in IT strategy, operations, or enterprise transformation roles, with at least 5 years in management.
- Proven success in delivering large-scale automation, IT transformation, or AI/ML adoption programs.
- Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations (ITOM), and Enterprise Operations.
- Expertise in AI, automation, and enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, AIOps, ITAM, IRM, CMDB).
- Strong program management skills.
