Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in system support and IT operations
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Knowledge of corporate platforms and database integrations
- Experience with ITSM tools (such as SolvNow or ServiceNow)
- Ability to analyze logs, perform technical diagnostics, and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, SQL) and Windows Server environment
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
