We're looking for a Product Support Engineer II to deliver the latest technology infrastructure and transformative software solutions. You'll be part of a team that designs, implements, and strategizes IT, security, application development, and innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in system support and IT operations
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Knowledge of corporate platforms and database integrations
  • Experience with ITSM tools (such as SolvNow or ServiceNow)
  • Ability to analyze logs, perform technical diagnostics, and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, SQL) and Windows Server environment
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
