As a Production Engineer, you will support Enterprise Data Services (EDS) Prod environment, engage with business stakeholders, and work within a creative, collaborative team. You will bring an innovative approach to application/infra support, focusing on using the latest technologies and practices. Responsibilities include managing major incidents, building subject matter expertise, and providing technical and thought leadership to the team.
Requirements
- Experience in ETL design tools (Pentaho) in a Big Data environment
- Experience in working with relational database management systems
- Scripting experience in Python/Shell
- Proficient at using Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) and service monitoring tools
