Responsible for handling production incidents and service requests, escalating issues to management or development team, and providing month-end support. Responsible for troubleshooting system issues, writing database scripts, and conducting change activities. Requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production support or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance systems
- Familiarity with MYSQL, MangoDB debugging, and writing scripts
- Working knowledge of monitoring and support tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Thorough knowledge of ITIL methodology
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
