We are looking for a highly motivated Production Support Analyst to coordinate production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. The role is based in our Vancouver, British Columbia Office.
Requirements
- Working experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management toolsets
- 3+ years practical experience with Operations and Monitoring practices
- 2+ years working knowledge of App Dynamics, UIM or comparable Operational Monitoring toolsets

Requirements Summary
