We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Support Engineer with Dynatrace expertise to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in Pennington, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about optimizing performance monitoring and delivering technical support to ensure seamless production operations.

Requirements

  • Design, implement, and manage Dynatrace-based monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance of production systems.
  • Deploy and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and analytics to provide actionable insights for incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support technical change management processes and ensure compliance with internal governance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical escalations, incident troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Adhere to and contribute to the evolution of standard operating procedures and best practices within the support organization.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in large-scale corporate initiatives as a production support contributor.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk and Endpoint Management teams to streamline issue resolution using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SCCM, JAMF, Autopilot/Intune.
  • Support internal and external audit and compliance requirements as needed.
  • Apply project management principles to manage support tasks and continuous improvement initiatives efficiently.
